Each User hereby represents, warrants and agrees to
(a) provide CPR Distributors Pvt. Ltd. with true, accurate, current and complete information to be displayed on the Site and
(b)) maintain and promptly amend all information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. Each User hereby grants an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide and royalty-free license to CPR Distributors Pvt. Payment
While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you out of the decline due to:

or exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your "Bank/s",

Ltd., its affiliates, directors, officers and employees harmless, from any and all losses, claims, liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which may arise from such User 's use of the Site (including but not limited to the display of such User 's information on the Site) or from its breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Each User further agrees that CPR Distributors Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible and shall have no liability to it, for any material posted by others, including defamatory, offensive or illicit material and that the risk of damages from such material rests entirely with each User.
CPR Distributors Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever (including but not limited to damages for loss of profits or savings, business interruption, loss of information), whether in contract, negligence, tort or otherwise or any other damages resulting from any of the following:
 
The use or the inability to use the Site
Any defect in goods, samples, data, information or services purchased or obtained from a User or a third-party service provider through the Site
Unauthorized access by third parties to data or private information of any User
Statements or conduct of any User of the Site
Any matters relating to Paid Services however arising, including negligence.
 
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our Acquiring bank from time to time.
 

Delivery Conditions
We assure you to use the reliable courier service to deliver your product on committed time. Though in case of any delay in delivery due to unforceful circumstances, lotus won’t be responsible for such delay.
It is suggested to our valuable customer to check the product once received and mail us back within 24hrs incase of any problem with the product, else Lotus won’t be responsible thereafter.
Under no circumstances shall CPR Distributors Pvt. Ltd. be held liable for any delay or failure or disruption of the product or services delivered through the site resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, internet failures, computer, telecommunications or any other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, flood, storms, explosions, acts of god, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals or non-performance of third parties.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations by the Customer
In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. But in any special case if agreed, to cancel the order after it has been processed/ approved by Lotuselectronics.com, the cancellation charges will become applicable @ flat rate of 25% of the order value. If a customer placed duplicate order erroneously, one of the two orders can be cancelled without any re-stocking fees provided that the same if informed to customer service within 24 hours of the order placement.

In the event that Lotuselectronics.com chooses to withdraw from an order placed by the customer for which, the customer has been charged the cost for the product, Lotuselectronics.com shall refund the paid amount in full and have no liability for any extra amount under any circumstances.
We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

Receipt of damaged or defective item

We at lotuselectronics.com are committed to provide you a hassle free experience. However, as an exception, there could be a possibility of you receiving a damaged or defective product due to circumstances not in control of lotuselectronics.com. If an item ordered by you on lotuselectronics.com is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at customerservices@lotuselectronics.com.in for a replacement within 24hrs. When we ship out the replacement item to you, we will also have the defective / damaged item picked up from you at our cost.
 

How can I return a product ordered from lotuselectronics.com?
To provide you a worry free shopping experience on lotuselectronics.com, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. In case of unlikely event of sales by you, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging along with the original invoice, for a refund (excluding shipping costs), within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. Medium and Time Period of Refund
Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order. No request to refund via cheque shall be accepted if a customer had used some other mode of payment while paying for his order.
The refund of the amount would be done according to Bank’s policy- i.e. In case of Credit Card, the refund of the amount will be done in 15days. In case of Debit Card, the refund of the amount will be done in 30 days in the account of the customer. Although time period of the refund is the sole discretion of Bank and Lotuselectronics.com is not be liable for any delay, if done from the Bank Behalf.
 

Credit Card Details

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on www.lotuselectronics.com will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card.

REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

Lotuselectronics.com offers you REPLACEMENT WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY ON THE product/s ordered on Lotuselectronics.com. You can ask for the replacement of delivered product/s within 7 days from the date delivery subject to following terms and conditions:
 
You can ask for replacement of product/s in case of any defect found in the product and the same product/s will be shipped to you as a replacement for the defective product/s.
Replacement can be for the entire product/s or part/s of the product subject to availability of the same with lotuselectronics.com and notification of the same within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Replacement is offered for the product/s sold by lotuselectronics.com ONLY.
 
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this Replacement Guarantee, viz:
 
Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.

Risk of loss

All items purchased from Lotuselectronics.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
